Condition Monitoring
Online condition monitoring installation and maintenance on vibration and temperature sensors, junction boxes and remote panels, data acquisition units and IPDB panels.
Vibration & Temperature Reporting

Jig Plant Optimisation
Jig plant process optimisation through maintenance, efficiency projects, automation and customisation.
Oil Condition Monitoring
Online oil condition monitoring of stationary and mobile equipment, including diesel engines, crushers, gearboxes and hydraulics. Installation and maintenance of Poseidon oil systems.
Mechanical & Hydraulic
Installation and maintenance on pulleys and gearboxes, alignment, pumps, v-belts, cylinders, rollers, piping and component replacements.
Pneumatics
Installation and maintenance on compressors, dryers, filters, regulators, instrumentation, gauges, piping, valves and cylinders. Specialised pre-filter design available on request.
Lubrication
Design of new auto-lube grease systems for bearing grease, and maintenance on existing auto-lube systems.
CCTV & Access Control
Installation and maintenance on analogue and IP cameras, PTZ cameras, NVRs and DVRs, wireless CCTV, key control and access control systems including fingerprint and facial recognition, plus system design.
